Our Co. Apolo Fish SA, located at Mar del Plata, Argentina’s main fishing port  operates it’s own processing plant agreed #3291by SENASA (National Veterinarian Health Service). We process the main oceanic and inner lake species harvested in Argentina’s territorial waters (FAO Zone # 41).
Presently we are harvesting and processing the sweet water Carp (Cyprinus carpio) and we are able to process it into following items
*Whole Round Frozen
*Whole round Frozen, Gutted, belly cut.
*Whole round Frozen,gutted, dorsal cut,belly cut, into 2 halves.
*Skin-on,scaled, frozen fillets.
*Headless,gutted,sliced,IQF.
If your option is: Destinated to BBQ (barbeque use)
*Whole round Frozen,gutted, dorsal cut,belly cut, into 2 halves.
If so able pack into 10 Kg blocks poly-wrapped , 2 x 10 Kgs per master carton.
Kindly indicate if the product should be graded into sizes per weight?
We understand that the regular grade is 1-3 Kgs if so the over-sized 3 Kgs-up if not acceptable could be processed into skin-on fillets 400 grs-Up.
Kindly comment your options and volume you request, based in 40’FCLS and state final destination port.
